This is my first 60 minute spin routine. This comes as a request by a fan of the site, Lindsey! The classes I teach are 45 minutes each which is why all prior routines are 45 minutes apiece. Lindsey was searching for a longer routine which I think is a great idea! Sometimes you have time for a longer workout and sometimes you just have 30 minutes. I will be putting some shorter and longer routines up over the next few weeks. This routine is pretty fast paced with only one short hill. I absolutely love the mix of songs and I think you will too!
