I love this routine because it gives you a little bit of everything: running, sprints, jumps and hills. Most of my classes include a variety because I get bored doing the same thing and I like to keep it exciting! In some of the running songs I like to vary the resistance throughout but keep the same pace so you really get your heart rate up. Enjoy!
