Country Kicker – New ICHQ Routine

This routine is all about some country music.  I am a southern girl that loves country music and i’m not afraid to admit it!  My class was not as thrilled with this music as I was but you can’t please everyone all the time!  They did still get an amazing calorie burning workout.  This routine is very fast paced because no hills are involved.  If you are an instructor there is a lot more talking for you as you’re constantly leading the class on what to do next.  This routine is made up of jumps, sprints and running.  Country music lover or not, you will enjoy this workout!
