I get so giddy every time I post a new routine. I am always anxious to hear your feedback and see how you like the new songs and moves. This new routine focuses on climbing. Climbing is probably my least favorite move on the bike because it is one of the most difficult but the benefits far outweigh the pain. Climbing is great for endurance.
