This routine comes in pairs of two. We climb in twos, run in twos and sprint in twos. Whenever I do back to back hills I never remove resistance between songs…i keep building!! This routine has a great mix of old and new songs to keep the crowd happy! Some songs are from smaller bands that my husband and I used to listen to in college so you may not recognize them but they are great. Pair up and get to burning some serious calories!
