It’s time to get your mind set right and tell yourself you are ready to power through this routine FULL of jumps. Jumps are one of the moves that I’m known for as an instructor and I absolutely love them because they are killer cardio and resistance at the same time. This routine is full of jumps that vary in speed and resistance. Enjoy your short rest periods between sets because your legs will be burning and your heart will be pumping during the jumps. I love all of the music in this routine as well because it truly helps take your mind off of the burn. Get Jumping!
