I’m not typically a fan of “remix” style music but I know a lot of people are. I love finding great beats in songs that I love to listen to and sing but sometimes it’s nice to have a great constant beat in a remix style song. Since I wasn’t sure if I could listen to 45 minutes of straight remix songs I decided to go for a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) routine. This routine is meant to get your heart rate up quickly and keep it at a steady pace to burn the most number of calories possible in a short amount of time. Enjoy!
