New RoutinesI hope you are in the mood for a hill sandwich today because that’s what I’m serving up!  You will begin with a two song hill, then do a combination of running, jumping and sprinting and then finish up with a three song hill.  This routine features an amazing combination of music from 70’s to pop to rock to country.  The meat and cheese of this sandwich is fast paced and high energy.  You will love every minute of this and if you work hard enough you can treat yourself to your choice of a sandwich as a post workout snack.  Bon Appetit!
