Happy Holidays to everyone! If you are anything like me you ate too much and exercised too little since Thanksgiving, but are ready to get back on track. I think this “2011″ routine will help get us all back on track. This is one of my routines from a class last year so while some of the songs are no longer current they will get you sweating and give you a killer workout. This routine features tons of jumps. Jumps seriously get your heart rate up and can be done at different speeds and resistances. Find a resistance that fits the beat of each song for you then up it and keep the same pace to really push it and burn some calories. Hope everyone had a wonderful 2012 and that you all have an even better 2013!!
