New ICHQ Routine – Spring Spin

springspinSpring is in the air…and so is the pollen unfortunately. In North Carolina we went straight from 30 degrees to 90 along with the crazy pollen so everyone I know has been sick in some form or another over the past few weeks. The good news is that this means summer is right around the corner…swimsuit season!! GOOD news you say..why yes it is! I am here to help you get swimsuit ready with this fat blasting routine. I love how this one mixes up so many different moves on the bike and the interval portions seriously get your heart rate up. Happy Spring to everyone!
