I hope everyone is having a great 2014 so far! This routine is here to help you stick with your new years resolutions because it will absolutely kick your butt. This routine has some amazing heart pumping songs and body slimming intervals to whip you into shape. Intervals are a great way to boost your metabolism because you do short bursts of high intensity intervals followed by quick recoveries (commonly called HIIT.) Your metabolism will be in high gear all day after this workout. I hope you enjoy and that this helps you stay motivated to keep moving. I am reminded often that each day is a new day and an opportunity for a fresh start. If you have a bad eating/workout day, then make tomorrow a better day. You can do this!
