Mix It Up – New Routine

I am absolutely soaking up this fall weather but I will admit it is getting more difficult to wake up as the mornings are cold and dark. It is easy to get out of your workout routine this time of year as we approach the holidays but this amazing 60 minute “Mix it up” routine will help you stay on track. This one is fun, blood pumping and calorie killing. I love the combo songs in this routine where you are getting the heart rate up with  a mix of two moves as well as changing up the resistance and pace during a run.
