Retro (get)Fitter – New Routine

10-16-2012 imageThis routine is a blast from the past….well not too far in the past.  We’ve got everything from Van Halen to Poison to Ozzy Osbourne.  This routine has something new I call a “pick-up” or “attack”  It’s nothing that I created myself and others may call it something else but its basically picking up the pace and upping the resistance for a short amount of time to really get your heart rate high.  You will see a few of these throughout the set.  This routine also includes some combo drills where we include 2 different things in one song.  This one was a lot of fun and I was pouring sweat by the end!
