Spirited Sprinter – New Routine

2013-04-22_11-26-53I absolutely love this mix!  I didn’t realize how much I loved it until I was teaching this morning and I couldn’t stop smiling.  This routine is primarily sprints.  It’s important to add resistance for each sprint and turn the resistance down after each to recover.  I also love the jump/standing sprint combo during Adam Lambert’s song…WOW…heart rate got high!  I hope you enjoy this one as much as me.
