Standing Struggle – New ICHQ Routine

StandingStruggleWhen I have a newbie in class the thing I see them struggle with more than anything else is the ability to be “standing” on the bike for long periods of time. Being out of the seat (or saddle) is difficult for beginners and is something that you will get better at as your increase your stamina. You will be standing about 80% of this routine so get your mind prepared, tell yourself you can do it and get to it!
