Summer is now in full swing and so is the heat and humidity! Indoor Cycling is a great way to keep up your workouts in the summer when you don’t feel like gasping for air outside. Don’t get me wrong though, a few minutes into this routine and you will create your own indoor summer. I am absolutely obsessed with so many of these songs and know that you will be singing right along as you sweat it up. Get to work…swimsuit season isn’t over yet!
