Switch Up – New Routine

Switch UpThis one is all about the switch up! Every other song will be a climb for this routine.  Just as your body gets used to running or sprints you will slow it back down and crank up the resistance.  I absolutely love the unconventional music in this routine.  I bet you haven’t heard most of these songs in a cycling routine…but you will LOVE them!  Really push on each hill because they are only 3-4 minutes a piece.  This switch up will seriously switch up your body…in the best way possible.  Enjoy!
