Decide now to commit because this routine is absolutely tough. I designed this routine in two parts: part one, mostly climbing and part two, a mix of everything at a faster pace with a short break in between. You need to really push it and dig deep on the hill because there is a break in sight. The break will give you enough time to find that second wind and push it even harder for the second half. If you really get uncomfortable your heart, legs, hips and butt will thank you!
