With Thanksgiving right around the corner I figure that also means we will have a lot of fatty food going to our thighs…so I thought, why not create a routine to really give our thigh a pre-meal or post-meal burn! There are a lot of hills, running and jumps in this workout to really give you a killer sweat and a thigh burn like no other. Check out last year’s Thanksgiving routine that will also help burn off some of the turkey and fixins’. I must point out that I love the title of the warmup song and found it fitting for the holiday!
