The Change-Up – New ICHQ Routine

It has everything from Queen to Flo Rida to Little Big Town.  I use a lot of combo drills including some run/hover and some run/sprint combos.  I love these drills because you are constantly changing it up and shocking your body.  This also helps keep the class interested and focused.  I especially love the run/sprint combo with the song “Good Feeling.”
