New Year Time Saver – New ICHQ Routine

Speedy Seasons GreetingsHappy new year’s eve everyone!  When I was working on this routine I got to thinking that I haven’t ever posted a 30 minute routine.  Most of the routines are 45 minutes or one hour because that is the length of the classes I teach.  This time of year when making new year’s resolutions I hear the “i don’t have time” excuse.  Sometimes I only have 30 minutes to get a workout in, so I created a speedy routine that will rock your world in a short amount of time.  Since you only have to work for a half hour I encourage you to really go all out and have a very happy new  year!
